I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious with a private balcony and a view of the pool, they were old and itchy, plus being close to the noisy swimming pool made it less relaxing. Despite the discomfort, the room came with a mini-fridge, which was convenient. The service was exemplary, with extremely friendly and caring staff, always ready to assist, even at odd hours. The location, though a bit isolated, was good for exploring the region, especially for sightseeing trips to Jebal Sham and Jebel Akhdar.
